Ellen Nadine Showalter, 92, of Dixon, IL, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Dixon Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, in Dixon. She worked as a Sales Rep for 6 years at Olan Mills.
Ellen was born on June 1, 1932, in Franklin Grove, IL, the daughter of Clifford and Nora (Wall) Showalter. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.
Ellen is survived by her four daughters, Jeannie (Dennis) Kump, Joanne (Ronald) Slaton, Nancy Miers, Nora (Larry) Yingling; one son-in-law, Mike O'Tool; 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; and many beloved & dear friends, whom she loved like family.
Ellen was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Nora Showalter; one daughter, Diana O'Tool; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one son-in-law; three brothers; and two sisters.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
