Jeffrey W. Larson, 64, of Ashton, IL passed away on August 21, 2024. Jeff was born on June 30, 1960 in Dixon, IL to Ronald and Marlene (Kuffel) Larson.Jeff worked at J B Plumbing for many years, was a part time employee for the Village of Ashton and was with the Ashton Fire Department for 26 years, serving as fire chief from May 1995 – Sept. 2004. He and Susan also ran the summer baseball league in Ashton. He enjoyed fishing up north, sitting on his back deck and front porch, taking weekend adventures with his wife, playing golf and watching sports. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and was always involved with his children’s sports.Jeff is survived by his wife, Susan; Children, Patrick (Megan) Larson of Naples, FL and Alyssa McHugh of Woodstock, GA; Grandchildren, Bentley McHugh, Connor McHugh, Macey McHugh and Jackson Larson; As well as 1 sister, Vicki Essex.He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to the
