Randy G. Conkling Born: September 10, 1953 Died: July 3, 2024 Randy G. Conkling, 70 of Rock Falls died Wednesday July 3, 2024 unexpectedly. He was born on September 10, 1953 in Sterling, the son of Dale Hubert and Ann Virginia (Cobb) Conkling and he attended Sterling Schools. He was employed at Northwestern Steel and Wire in Sterling as a millwright until they closed. Randy then went into property management. He married Debbie on July 28, 2001. Randy had a competitive nature, be it riding dirt bikes, biking or participating in triathlons. He was a member of Harvest Time Bible Church. Randy always met you with a smile. Survivors include his wife, Debbie; his children Adam Harley (Gena) Conkling, Amanda (Tony) Gutierrez, Robert (Jamie) Bertolozzi, James (Mary) Sathoff and Christopher (Janette) Garza; his sister Barbara Ann Noon; his brother Jerry (Diane) Conkling; 18 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
